Grounded in Purpose, Growing With Innovation

My name is Chenai Nematumbai. I am the CEO of THE MAGI Private Limited Company. I am a farmer by profession and hold a diploma from Kushinga Phikelela Agricultural College in Marondera, Zimbabwe. I am currently doing poultry farming in Domboshava, near Harare.

I started this project in January 2026 and am currently doing batches of 2,000 birds. My hope is to reach 5,000 birds or more by the end of the year and hopefully 10,000 birds by the end of 2027.

It is from this background that I seek to expand my project as well as empower other young women through employment creation and sharing skills in agriculture. We are living in a society where employment opportunities are very limited, and entrepreneurship is one way of escaping poverty while applying the knowledge I gained from college and earning a living.

My name is Lucky Mandava. I am the Director of THE MAGI Private Limited Company. I am a Finance and Project Manager by profession. I hold a Bachelor Honors Degree in Business Management from The Catholic University of Zimbabwe and a Project Management qualification from the European Institute of Leadership and Management in Dublin, Ireland.

I am currently a Projects and Development Officer at the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate, Zimbabwe. I have been involved in a number of developmental projects in different parts of the country and am currently involved in The Magi Private Limited in the area of finance and management.

It is from this background that I seek to expand my project management expertise as well as empower other young people through employment creation and sharing skills in finance and project management.
